Technical specifications (twist rate, screw spacing, headspace, barrel thickness, etc.)
We appreciate your understanding that our business model is designed for efficient processing of available inventory rather than custom sourcing or technical consultation.

Layaway Program
Payment Method : We only accept EMT (e-Transfer) payments.
Deposit Required : 25% of the total order amount to hold your items.
Payment Timeline : You have 2 months from the date of deposit to pay the remaining balance in full.

Veteran Discount
We are proud to support our veterans. All eligible customers receive a 5% veteran discount on their order.
To apply the discount, simply provide a valid proof of service by e-mail (info@intersurplus.com) or contact us before placing your order. Our team will verify the information and apply the reduction to your invoice.
If you have any questions about eligibility or how to apply the discount, feel free to reach out through our customer support.
Purchase & Trade Policy
We purchase used items at 60% of their current used retail value.
Shipping Information
Canadian Shipping Rates
Firearms : $35 flat rate
(Multiple firearms ship for the same flat rate)
Accessories : $20 flat rate
(Multiple accessories ship for the same flat rate, even when combined with firearms)
Ammunition : $40 flat rate
(Multiple boxes of ammunition ship for the same flat rate)
Important : Adding ammunition to an order with firearms requires an additional $40 shipping fee, as ammunition must be packaged separately.
Pickup Option
Local pickup is available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY to save on shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange a pickup time.
Shipping to the USA
For insurance reasons, we no longer ship to the United States.

Processing Time : 24-72 hours after order receipt
(Delays may occur during holidays, high-volume periods, or during PAL validation)
Tracking : You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Check your junk/spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Ammunition Shipping
Carrier : UPS
Important : UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a street address for ammunition orders.
Return Policy
Inspection Disclaimer
We inspect all firearms for obvious defects but do not test-fire them or inspect areas hidden under stocks or furniture. Descriptions are provided to the best of our ability, but minor details may be missed. We strongly recommend having all firearms inspected by a qualified gunsmith before use.
We are not gunsmiths and cannot guarantee the mechanical condition of used firearms.
Return Terms
Return Window : 30 days from receipt
Refund : Full refund available if you are not satisfied with your purchase
Shipping Costs : Customer is responsible for all shipping fees (both original and return shipping)
Scope Notice : Scopes included with rifles are considered a bonus. No returns or compensation accepted for scopes.
Restocking Fee : Up to 10% restocking fee may be charged
Unclaimed Parcels : Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees on packages refused or unclaimed from carriers that are returned to us
